Current practice, professional history and referral relationships are deliberately separated.
Hisar is presented as the current advanced-care hub because that is where Dr Kathuria’s personal clinical practice is now based. Older Rohtak material is retained only where it documents earlier clinical work, teaching, milestones or the continuing local service relationship.
Referral does not end the local relationship.
Where appropriate, advanced assessment or treatment may occur at the hub while postoperative care, rehabilitation and long-term follow-up continue with the referring clinician or local ENT team.
