Post-treatment review, rehabilitation and coordinated continuity of care.
Professional referral
Referrals are managed through coordinated shared care, with clinical communication maintained between the referring clinician and the advanced-care team.
Advanced otology, skull base, oncology, airway or cochlear implant cases.
Focused review where endoscopy, audiology, imaging or multidisciplinary assessment is required.
Follow-up may continue with the referring clinician or local centre when clinically appropriate.
